I love the day before an all-day course in the workshop. I get to indulge two of my passions - getting workbenches prepped with glass, tools and mandrels, AND spending time in the kitchen!
My all-day courses include a delicious homemade lunch - tomorrow's students and I will be feasting on lentil, tomato and coriander soup, fresh warm baguettes from the Village Stores and my favourite lemon mousse recipe for pudding! The kitchen today has a lovely herby tomatoey scent underpinned with some citrus zing.
Do I have to wait until tomorrow to have a taste....?
